RCIA: (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults)

Persons interested in becoming Catholic, who are of catechetical age (7) or older, not baptized or baptized in another faith tradition, who now seek full communion (membership) in the Catholic Church, are helped to discern this through a process called RCIA. It is adapted for children. The RCIA provides a way for the Catholic Church to warmly welcome new members through a gradual process that offers appropriate spiritual and catechetical formation. Sessions are held weekly on Wednesday evenings 7:00-8:15 PM in the Faith Formation Center. For more information please contact Maria, 937-5920, ext. 234.

Do you wish you knew more about the Bible? Or wish you could better understand the Sunday readings?

We have a MONDAY EVENING GROUP (7:00 PM) that meets twice a month in the FFC and a WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON GROUP (3:00 PM) group that meets on the 2nd & 4th Wednesdays at the church. Call and we’ll help you get started, 937-5920, ext. 253.

Men's Day of Reflection

To the men of the parishes of Mary Queen of Peace, St. Lawrence, Incarnation, St. Paul, and St. Peter the Apostle: Join the Men of St. Peter the Apostle for a Day of Reflection on Saturday, February 5th, from 8:30am until 12:00pm in St. Peter the Apostle church. Our theme based on the Year of St. Joseph is: “TAKE A NAP” and will be presented by Fr. Joe Rankin from St. Rita’s parish. Pope Francis said in his Apostolic letter, Patris Corde, with a Father’s Heart that St. Joseph was a just man ever ready to carry out God’s will as revealed to him in the Law and through four dreams. How does his life relate to yours? Come and see.
Drinks and snacks will be available starting at 7:45 a.m. RSVP by January 29th, 2022. If you have questions or prefer to signup by phone: St. Peter the Apostle parish office 502-937-5920, Extension 232 or 275, Monday-Friday from 9:00am-4:00pm.
