Parish Life Ministries

These committees/groups seek to nurture and strengthen parish life through various social activities.

ST. PETER THE APOSTLE COMMITTEE FOR COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT (PACCE)

Dedicated to coordinating the efforts of all Parish organizations that are involved with fundraising and social activities, in particular the Parish Picnic, Card Party, Derby Eve Bash, Fellowship Gatherings, Fish Fry, Dances and Trunk or Treat. Meet on the fourth Wednesday of the month.

CRAFTERS

Members make Prayer Quilts (blessed and given to the sick).

FRIENDSHIP CLUB

Dedicated to providing a society and environment where Senior Citizens can form friendships and participate in activities that build community and meet their needs. Meet on Thursday mornings at 10:00 a.m. and in the evening on the last Thursday of the month at 6:00 p.m.

QUILTERS

Members continue the art of quilt making for their families and for the parish, as well as altar cloths and linens.

MARIAN GUILD

Dedicated to helping provide for the needs of the altar, sacristy and sanctuary; provide social and spiritual activities for its members; fundraise to be self-supporting. All women of the parish are considered members. Major fundraiser is the annual Card Party.

**BOY SCOUTS

Dedicated to teaching young men, ages 11 -18, life skills that will help them all their lives. Meet every Monday at 6:45 p.m.

**GIRL SCOUTS

Dedicated to teaching girls and young women life skills that will help them all their lives. Meet every Friday at 6:30 p.m.

**CUB SCOUTS

Dedicated to boys ages 6 - 10. Meet every Monday at 6:45 p.m.
